"The Portland trio use the sounds, textures, and overall atmosphere of stoner rock as a testbed for extraordinary, sublime strangeness that ties back to their genre inclinations while becoming something much more. More artful than most of the genre and singularly captivating, every album from this crew is a major event not to be missed." - Invisible Oranges

Says bassist and vocalist Laura Phillips: “Lyrically a red giant star is used as a metaphorical reference to the powerful goddesses of fire and death. Exploring these transformative energies that affect the emotions and psyche in an intense but crucial way as one moves through the trials and tribulations of life, rising from the ashes stronger than before.

This new album marks a significant milestone as it sees bassist Laura Phillips stepping up on lead vocals, adding a powerful new dimension and sense of originality to their doom-tinged ‘70s sound, relentlessly powered by Eddie Brnabic's epic shredding. "Helichrysum" promises to be an unapologetically deep, adventurous and electrifying album that showcases the now three-piece's artistic growth and musical prowess, carried by the theme of endurance, healing and immortality. ► Listen to previous singles "Arise" and "Better Days"
